Recruiting days: Flagge zeigen!

Kaesler takes part in recruiting days hosted by the vocational school in Cuxhaven

Under the slogan „Flagge zeigen!“ (show your colours!) numerous industrial representatives presented their training programmes at the recruiting days hosted by the vocational school in Cuxhaven on 11th & 12th September. Our Kaesler HR Team, two apprentices and their training supervisors were on site with a stand to give interested pupils in year eight and nine an insight into the apprenticeship opportunities within our company. We were given positive feedback in particular for our strategy of practical involvement right from the start of the apprenticeship programme, for our multifaceted advanced training and our career perspectives. Kaesler Nutrition offers an international working environment, geared to growth – a combination that highlights us at our site in Cuxhaven. We also value and promote cultural diversity and the development of ideas within our company. We are committed to this approach and thus want to win the most competent applicants.

Qualified apprentices are an important key factor for the future success of our company. We currently offer the following apprenticeships (m/f): Industrial management assistant, IT management assistant, warehouse logistics specialist, electronics technician for industrial engineering, <link file:838 internal link in current>IT specialist for application development and machine and equipment operator. Our offer of an internship from eighth grade onwards generated much interest. Young people are given the opportunity during the school holidays to familiarise themselves with the professions and gather work experience before making the important decision on choice of career. The focus lies on the departments IT, Marketing, Customer Service and Logistics. Particularly for the undecided, work experience during school holidays is the perfect opportunity to learn more about working for Kaesler.
