In addition to farmers, agribusinesses and feed manufacturers, numerous politicians and foreign delegations were among the 1,400 exhibitors and 114,600 visitors to this year’s show.
Kaesler Nutrition successfully presented the relevance of antioxidants in feedstuffs and the significance of analyzing lipidoxidation. The complex topic on the course of lipidoxidation was demonstrated using a flavour bar with prepared samples of soya oil and was received very positively. It was possible to discover at first hand that oxidation which is already harmful to health can neither be felt, tasted, seen or smelt up to a certain point, and served as a discussion starter for many interesting conversations. The regional Sales Team members, Marie Cadieu and Goulven Francès, were supported on the exhibition stand by staff from the Marketing Team in Cuxhaven.
